Heights Finance, DO NOT GET A LOAN FROM THEM. I have two loans with heights finance. One loan is my car loan and is current and up to date. My second loan is a little loan that was secured by household items and I was 2 months behind on my payment. On March 1, 2010 I pulled into Walgreens on Green River Road and was about to get out of my 2001 BMW, when this lady jumped out of her car that pulled in to parking space in front of us came up to my window which was Vicki Wolfe from Heights Finance. She told me that I needed to come into the office and bring in My payment for my loan and she told me I had 5 minutes to do so. Well I did not have my payment until after 3 oclock. Vicki then got very very rude and told me to exit my vehicle right now I then said well my boyfriend had the money and we would come to the office and she would not listen to me what so ever very very rude she just kept telling me to exit my vehicle or she was calling the law. I did get out of the vehicle and she had two tow trucks waiting, I tried to talk to Vicki and tell her that my car payment was not even due yet and was not late. Vicki just would not listen to me she proceeded and had the tow trucks hook up to my car and dragged it thru the parking lot. They took my car for another loan that I was late on but Had nothing to do with my car loan. I think that Heights Finance is the biggest rip off company they had no reason to take my car like they did. Vicki said that she tried and tried to get a hold of me and thats a lie because they had my address and knew exactly where I lived. I hope some one will read this and maybe want to help me because my loan papers on my other loan is secured by household goods not my bmw.

I did have valid Insurance on My vehicle. I quit State Farm because I moved in with my boyfriend and he added my vehicle to his policy. If Vicki would not have been so rude and would have listened to me she would have known this and she also said that I had no license which that was a untrue statement to. Vicki said that they was taking my vehicle because I was in default of my loan but your saying they took it because of Insurance WOW! Paid over 10,000.00 Dollars on this Vehicle and sold it at the auction because of no INSURANCE. It has not been many months since I contacted you I sent a email on Jan. the 2nd. I stated I had no phone but you all Knew exactly where I lived. You said that someone had been to my house many many times but if thats true why didnt anybody leave a note. I think this is pathetic that a High Risk financial company would take your vehicle because of no Insurance. If you where so High risk you think that you would have back up insurance. But I had valid Insurance and now thats why I will be contacting my Lawyer because Vicki said they took it because my loan was in default.

The side loan has nothing to do with the car. This customer did not have valid insurance on the car for months. We have not had any form of contact with her for many months and she even failed to respond to the many letters that were mailed to her home address. We did have 2 tow trucks arrive at the scene since we did not know if the car could be towed or would have to use a flat bed. The customer refused to give us the key to the car. We are a high risk finance company and she was in default of her signed contract.
