Heimdall Distribution On EBay Aka Heimdall_distribution Sent WRONG item won't correct mistake and NO response to emails!! Bemidji Minnesota

Purchased an AMD Athlon 1400 A1400AMS3B CPU from heimdall_distribution on Nov. 17, 2008, eBay auction ID 250327348778.

I was pleasantly surprised when the item arrived in the mail a few days later, but to my dismay, when I opened the package I found an INTEL PENTIUM CPU, not the AMD Athlon that I had purchased.

I immediately notified Heimdall Distribution through eBay messaging about the mistake and was told to send it back - AT MY EXPENSE!

I immediately sent the WRONG ITEM back via USPS Priority mail and emailed a copy of the shipping confirmation to the seller. Since my eBay feedback rating is 475 with 100% positive feedback (gwatson312), I asked the seller to PLEASE send me the correct CPU immediately as I have a dead computer waiting on this part.

NO RESPONSE FROM SELLER TO MY REQUEST.

The WRONG ITEM was delivered back to the seller AT MY EXPENSE on November 24, 2008, USPS delivery confirmation # 0103 8555 7495 5181 6454

I emailed the seller asking when the CORRECT item would be sent to me since the WRONG item he sent had been delivered back to him.

AGAIN, NO RESPONSE FROM SELLER!

After several days of the seller NOT responding to my emails, I have taken the matter up with PayPal - and of course, as of today, Nov. 29, 2008 - the SELLER HAS NOT EVEN RESPONDED TO PAYPAL'S REQUEST FOR INFORMATION!!

FRAUD - BAIT AND SWITCH - STAY AWAY!!
