HEIRLOOM ORPINGTONS JONATHAN STONEHOLLY BARNES-WILLIS GOT PAID IN FULL AND DID NOT SEND ALL OF THE CHICKS SPRING HILL Florida

On march 3, 2014, I send Heirloom Orpingtons $ 2,861.25 via Paypal for Orpingtons chicks that I ordered

Through their website, on march 7, 2014 I received via email  confirmation for my order. On april 6, 2014, I sent another $ 250.00 via Paypal for an additional 10 chicks, but never received any confirmation.

Due to the weather the chicks could not be shipped in march. On Tuesday may 6, 2014, I received an e-mail stating that two boxes of chicks were shipped except for the following: 2 partridge, 8 chocolate, 4 lavender cuck0o and 2  silver laced, nothing was mentioned about my second order for 10 chicks.

On may 13, 2014 I received another e-mail stating that their Silver Laced rooster was killed by a predator

And that he would take 2-3 months time to receive the chicks, therefore they offered to double the order. I  accepted the offer to double my order to 4 Silver laced. This was confirmed by return e-mail.

I have been going back and forth with Jonathan Stone, managing partner for Heirloom Orpingtons to find out when the remainder of the chicks would be shipped via e-mail, text and telephone call. His latest lie  was that he would bring the chicks with him and we could meet when he would come to

The APA conference at the end of March 2015 in Winston-Salem, NC. He never call me to meet him

And I have never received the remainder of the chicks that were paid for in full.

A year later, these chicks would have been old enough to lay eggs and I could have been hatching my

Own chicks.

I am owed about $ 5000.00 including damages.
