Heirtrich Toyota of Milford Purchased a Vehicle that supposed to have 7yrs, 100,000 miles but GMC Dealers said it is only 5yrs, 100,00 miles Milford Delaware

After being in a car accident, I went to Hertrich of Toyota, Located in Milford De with my own financing fund.  I purchased a vehicle on August 23, 2016, a GMC Terrain 2012 and expressed to them if the tires were new and how the vehicle operates. They assured me that the tires were relatively new and it is pre-certified.  It came with a 7 yr warranty, 100,000-mile warranty.  I purchased the vehicle and two weeks after the purchase the vehicle began to have a vibration in the seating area.  I took the vehicle back that they kept for 6 hours for a check and told me they could not replicate the issue.  I took the vehicle again and within another two weeks, I noticed the vehicle began leaking something under the vehicle.  I called them but then took the vehicle to the GMC dealer who told me I would have to pay a fee for diagnostic of the vehicle.  I called Hertrich of Toyota in Milford De and expressed my concerns and they informed me since I did not purchase service warranty, I am responsible.  I took the vehicle to Firestone in Dover De for a diagnostic and was told that the three out of four tires has cracks in them and that I have a leak in the rear on both sides of the vehicle.  I contacted them again and expressed my concerns and was transferred to the customer relations who told me that she would have someone return my call.  Here it is not January 11, 2017. I have not received a return call as of yet.

1) they lied about the tires

2) they lied about the warranty 5 years instead of 7 years

3) they do not stand by the item they sell.

 All I can say is buyers beware.  I will have to hire an attorney to recoup some of the money that I lost because they confirmed this vehicle to be pre-certified, but I believe all they did was put an amount on the car and put it on the lot without anyone checking the vehicle appropriately.
