Helen Halimi - Express Home Solutions - Save my Home - Huma Halimi She Destroyed our homes and our financial future/modification Rip-off Graden City, New York

Around mid April a representative from SAVE MY HOME at the time now EXPRESS HOME SOLUTIONS promised that she will reduce our mortgage rate to as low as 2.00% but it will take 3-4 months due to the fact that lenders are overwhelmed with modification applications and she charged us an up front point of 1.50 % per loan amount with the granted money back if we don't like the modification result or want to stop the modification. Four months past while I introduced her to several of my other family members thinking that if she can help me then she can help them reduce their monthly payments and copping with their financial hardships, this is when I found out that the company she was working with SAVE MY HOME got catch scamming people and riping them off and was prosecuted and closed down, I contacted her trying to figured out where we stand and who has our money, she assured me that she switched company before they went down and our money is save and the modification process is under going, I believed her!!! before starting the process she preciously told us not to make any payment or get in touch with the lenders according to her the banks will try to cheat us in to higher rates and she should be the only one negotiating to them, I stopped the payment and did not answer any calls from my lender when one day I needed to provide insurance proof to the bank that I ask them how is everything working out with my modification and told them the story about her helping us THE LENDER TOLD ME THAT NO THIRD PARTY IS ALLOWED TO FILL ANY REQUEST OR MODIFICATION ON MY BEHALF WITH OUT A POWER OF ATTORNEY AND THEIR SYSTEM IS NOT SHOWING ANY MODIFICATION IN PROCESS and I don't recall her of mentioning or signing a POA with me or my husband. Now my loan is delinquent and the house is going to foreclosure and on top of that I lost over five grants the money she charged us, she will not answer my calls, return messages or emails, I know more then a dozen other families that has been falling for her scam and about to lose their life long saving result their HOMES beside the money she scam them for, I am planning to fill a class act law suit against of Express Home Solutions .  

Helen Halimi never has, and never will work for Express Home Solutions.  Save my home has no affiliation with Express Home Solutions.  This report is completely incorrect.  Express Home Solutions began working on some of the files that Save My Home dropped the ball on for free, requiring no additional money from the homeowners.  In an attempt to strengthen our name and give back in an industry full of sharks such as Save My Home; we took on a handful of their files and picked up where Save My Home left off.  Helen Halimi has never worked in this office, or outside of this office for Express.  We do not support the practices of overcharging clients, promising any type of interest rate, or making any type of guarantees.  The only guarantee we offer is that you will get your money back if there is indeed nothing that can be done on your loan.  While it does not happen too often, when it does Express has always refunded the client's money.  This article and the practices of Helen Halimi and people like her is fully warranted, but the inclusion of Express Home Solutions in here is absolutely and unequivocally wrong.  We have always done right by our clients, and I will not stand idle while Express is grouped together with these vultures.  Thank you for allowing our side to be heard.
