Hello Music Scam or ripoff Los Angeles,California Internet

Ordered a Microphone for a pretty good price on May 26th,expecting a week to be enough time to ship one state away ,after the week was up and it was clear my item would not arrive in time for it's intended use,I decided to check my account's order history on the website,the status says "Shipping pending",I am writing this on 7/3 over a month later and still says the same thing,no update.

I called over 50 times over a period of a week but they NEVER answer the phone and the voicemail box is so full,they will not let you leave any more messages.I e-mailed the so-called "support" department,but it took them over 3 weeks to even respond,and it wasn't with a "we fixed your problem" it was a mass email sent out to half heartedly apologize for having some difficulty in a change of operations.no timeline in sight,still no product

They already charged my credit card on the purchase date and now I'm staring at the bill I'm wondering if I should dispute the charge since they cannot seem to respond in a timely fashion and aren't living up to their end of thier own agreement.

my advise?stay away!,the discount they offer isn't worth the delay and headache they will inevitably cause since they don't seem to give two shits about any of their customers.If I lived closer I would knock on their front door and crack some skulls.in this amount of time,I've ordered 3 orders from Musician's friend and got them all within 2 to 3 days and even had a change of address on one delivery mid shipment handled couteously and promtly by their awesome customer service,they even gave me a direct number to call back since I am a repeat customer.now that's how it should be,get a clue and pull your collective heads out Hellomusic!!!
