Customer Beware :

Saw the commercial on TV, with a code for a $10 bonus, so I went on-line and accessed the website, HelloTotem.com

They have you fill out a form with your phone model,  and then you get an instant quote.  If you're happy with that quote, they then mail you a pre-paid FedEx SmartPost box and an order number.

So they finally sent the packing materials, all the while sending me e-mail asking for the phone.  Now I sent it via FedEx, which can now be tracked. 

I have since complained to the US Post Office for their part in the delivery.  They have issued me a Case number.  I will verify delivery and then call the local authorities.  Apparently they have over one hundred complaints via the BBB.
