Helohost.com Helohostcharge.com Business Solutions, Inc. Bogus charge showed up in my bank account; phone and web address phony Salt Lake City Internet

Upon getting my bank statement this month, I noticed a charge from "helohostcharge.com" for $15. I had never heard of this company. I went to the website; there was only a single page which said, "if you have a charge on your account, you or someone in your family has ordered our service" and had an email address to "dispute" the charge." The "parent company" helohost.com appeared to be a web hosting company of some sort but only listed a phone number. When I called the phone number I only got "mailbox is full" response.

I reported it to my bank and cancelled my debit card. They are investigating. The whois has this info as the owner of "helohostcharge.com":

What is most interesting is that today when I tried to go back to the "helohost.com" and "helohostcharge.com" websites, there are only two words that show up on the page = "It works!" What the *!!

Google did not come up with anyone else who has experienced this. I'd love to know if anyone else got scammed. I NEVER respond to any kind of phishing or other email scams, so they must have got my debit card number some other way.
