Help Me To Buy BEWARE of RIPOFFS! Company stealing large sums of cash from hard working, innocent people. You will never see it coming til its done. Farmers Branch, Texas

   I never saw it coming and I only found out for sure tonight. Sure I had my worries over how they acted about the whole deal when it came time to produce my computer. Like others have said, they always have some excuse  when I finally do talk to them which is very, I mean very rare.

   I got the first set of papers they wanted signed and a blank check sent to them and I have recieved one paper showing what I have paid on the account. Friday makes my 40th payment and still no word from them. This cannot be legal. My money is to hard to come bye and I need my computer to attend college classes.

   Almost 1,700 dollars I have payed them for what, not one thing. And when I called to ask for a refund they said they don't give cash refunds that I would be charged a early termination fee of half what I have paid and the rest will be store credit. Thought they didn't run a store only played middle man.

   Tonight I visited their web site and looks like a few things have changed since I last looked. They now have a product page and I even read in QandA that they was asked about refunds and they answered yes they do give them as long as the computer has not yet been ordered or left the warehouse. Not the answer I got over the phone. I want and need my money back and I'll do what it takes to get it from those ripoffs!
