Larry Gunter held himself out as an attorney when I met with him. I later found out when I looked him up on the California Bar Associations website that he was not. This firm takes advantage of people like me in desperate need that are experiencing a financial hardship and need help. He told me he was an attorney and could modify my home loan. He extended their services charging $3500 for nothing. They are a scam They are a scam taking advantage of people loosing there homes because a financial hardship. He and his company never return a call, banks have no clue of them. BBB has them as a grade "F"! in California and Nevada. I later found out that not only is Larry not an attorney as he held himself out to be, but he is also a two-time felony convict for theft. He is currently under investigation for impersonating an attorney as he did with me. I reported him as should you if he and Help Modify Now ripped you off.
