Help Now Advocacy Larry Kahn Alleged Attorney Assitance for the Needy and Poor Medford, Oregon

I am being harassed by a neighbor and I am low income so I contacted helpnowadvocacy.org.  I was put in touch with Larry Kahn.  He started screaming over the phone that I was calling from long distance number.  I wasn't.  Then he asked the problem.  I told him.  He asked for my phone number and address, I gave it to him.  He asked for other personal information and I told him no more personal information.  He screams and insults and demeans me refusing (screaming) the case.  Is he working for the neighbors?  I don't know but this person was extremely hostile, he's living on donated funds but hates the people he works with, perhaps he was drunk or on drugs but I don't know.
