I am a single mother who was in need of help and I contacted HELPSAVEMYMORTGAGE.com to see if I could get a loan modification program. This was in October of 2008 and I spoke to Joseph Tedeschi and he reviewed my situation,that being I had a adjustable rate mortgage and I owed just as much on my property as it was worth. This being the case Mr.Tedeschi said he could help me and that my case made sense to him. He requested paper work and told me he would need $595.00 to stat processing the paper work and the total amount would be @ $3000.00 He said he could not put a time table on the modification but because my lender was Countrywide Mortgage he knew he could get this done, for he had contacts which the general public did not. I sent the $595.00 on October14th and after six different calls about new paper work he need he said he needed another $2900.00 to finalize the loan modification. I told him that I only had $1600.00 and wanted to know if this was going to happen or not! He said all day it was going to happen but he needed the extra money to go to a processing company and it would definitely get done! I sent the additional cash and waited.

I made many calls for the next week to two weeks only getting an answering machine, at this point I stated getting worried and checked his company address and found out it was FAKE. I finally got in touch with Joe in November and he said he was on vacation and then changed that to business. I asked if there was any one else in his office and because I kept getting a machine. He said yes and that he did not know why I could not reach him. At that point I stated I wanted my money refunded to me a total of $2195.00 He said he would speak with his Manager and email me back. After three weeks and no call or email I tried to reach him and he would answer and then hang the phone up on me!

I have tried to talk with Him and have asked to speak to his Manager and he would say stop calling! I have recently been in touch with a HUD advisor and have gotten my mortgage modified with a counselor and Countrywide Mortgage. This guy Joe Tedeschi and his company www.helpsavemymortgage.com is a RIP OFF company and should be sued. I have spoken with the Rhode Island Attorney Generals Office and want my money back.
