HelpSaveOne.org is a website dedicated to rehoming dogs, often from kill shelters, and it's run by Help Save One Inc., Rescue.  I agreed to become a foster parent to one of the dogs they were attempting to rehome.  They provided me with arrangements to pick up a young dog in NH.  I did that and brought the dog home with me.  Within 24 hours, the dog became quite ill and was showing symptoms of Kennel Cough.

I contacted HSO when I first noticed the symptoms.  Within hours, the dog became more ill and I again contacted HSO.  HSO asked me to take the young dog, Tanner - a terrier mix - to my vet.  I did.  The dog was diagnosed with Kennel Cough.  I paid $160.00 for that visit and medication for that dog.

HSO has repeatedly promised me to refund my $160.00.  I have contacted them via email many, many times asking for my money.  They have responded to me via email many, many times assuring me that I was not being ignored and that they would send $160.00 to me me, that day, the next day, via a check in the mail, via priority mail with a tracking number to arrive in my email first, etc.

This has been going on for several months and HSO has not sent me the money they owe me.  I believe they do not intend to send my money to me and I'm concerned about other people who are unaware of HSO's dishonest policy and who may also be getting ripped off!
