HELPcard Processing Center over charge in interest, late fees, payment by phone, processing fess and other which added up to over $900.00 dollars Lowell Arkansas

I'm writing for help with this company. I purchase a bed from Comtour which I sign a contact for $ 6400.00 I agree to pay this amount, Comtour turned my loan over to Helpcard company.

Comtour sended a representative to my home to do the contact,which I did and gave him a voild check so that the first paymeny could be drated from my account. This didn't happen the way the paperwork was drawn up. My first payment was due on the 12th of march, me thinking that everything was good,well the payment did not come out of my account. It took untill may to get this payment solve. My first payment was $364.00 which I thought that this was for the first and second payment I paid this amount, then I was charge in just insterest alone, a total of $755.69 for insterest, $ 185.55 for processing fees, $.29.75 for phone handling service. This is a charge of $1058.44. I called to ask why my original amount was still the same after I have paid over $900.00 dollars, I spoke with a male name Alex employee#1467 was very nasty with with me, he stated that there was nothing he could do about this matter, I then ask to speak to his superviser he stated plain that he was the superviser and again there was nothing he could do, I spoke to him Wednesday July 15 around 10.30 am, after speaking to him I hung up the phone, I waited a few hour then I call back thinking that someone could help me with this issue, well a female answer this time she stated the same thing, neverless my note now have when up $12.00 dollars,
I know that there is nothing that can be done, but this is wrong. I call back on Friday July 17th, yes Alex pick up the phone after giving him the information and he remeber I just spoke to you the other day,I can't help you.

Please help me to reach the proper person to help me with this issue.
