Buyers Beware this company is such the total ripoff they go under so many different names to protect them selfs from law suits. I purchased a home and after six months they continued to raise my payment so that I could no longer afford to stay and had to move I gave a large down payment and they refuse to pay me back .

Also they post a lot of Craigs list ads using Bogus names of contacts they use names such as Rachel. Amber and so forth . But when you call the number you get a mans voice and his Name is Gary Wilkerson. I asked if I could speak with Amber and he told me that she is not here but that he could help me. So I trusted him and tried to give him the beneift of the doubt. And signed up into their Real Estate deal . The home I bought was in pretty bad shape and I was promised that all repairs would be taken care of. In which they did NOT do.

This company has several law sjuits against them and one if you look on line is Helping Hand Mortgage Against Rupert. I looked and found out they were sued for a large sum of money and LOST. Also If you look under Susan B. Combs to see if they are in Good standing in the state of Texas You will find that Dallas Prime Properties and Victory Peak Financial are NOT in good standing. So I sugjest you steer away from this company. If you look at their web site Happyhouse seller.com every few months you will see the same propertys come up. Why is that. I know they rip people off take your down payment and raise your mortgage so that you cannot afford your home then they can re sell the home again and get another down payment from another poor sole. They need to be put out of Business.

Check them out on Better Business Bureau they have 9 complaints against them one as late as November 2011 they average 3 complaints per year for bad business practices. If you buy from them after being warned you get what you deserve. There are plenty of other owner finance companies out there that do a much better Job.

So BUYER BEWARE  !!!!
