After talking on 2 short interviews with 2 individuals in HR, I received an offer for a 15 month business analysis/quality assurance consulting opportunity. Just prior to this interview, I interviewed with 4D Technology Solutions , and received the exact same treatment in asking for personal information for the program. I even asked the interviewer at 4D if they worked with Agile since they had the EXACT same payscale in the EXACT same location (weird? I know). Welcome to Agile Informatics. You have been approved and selected for the November batch for training on the following terms and conditions that we mutually agreed upon the phone:

1. You will be attending an unpaid training program for 3 to 6 weeks through our training partner company, TrainPro School of IT, and the cost of the training will be paid by Agile Informatics to TrainPro on your behalf. The training will cover both Business Analyst and Quality Assurance skills, as well as brushing up your interview and presentation skills before you are presented to our clients.

2. There will be a 15-month commitment between you and the company; you will be working on project with us for 15 months after the training. The contract will be signed by you before the start of the training and a copy of the contract will be provided to you, duly signed by the management of Agile.

3. Your starting pay rate will be 48 K plus you will be getting a $5000 promotion every 6 months. You will be paid 55% of the billing rate with 5% increase every six months for a year once you complete the 15-month contract with us.

4. You will receive a $1,000 bonus in addition to your regular salary after 8 months on project as a reward for your hard work and dedication. You will receive an additional bonus of $1,500 after the completion of the 15-month commitment period if you choose to remain with the company and will receive further bonuses of $1,000 for every six months thereafter.

5. You will receive 2 weeks (10 work days) of paid vacation per year, beginning once you have been with Agile for 6 months. You will also receive 100% health coverage through our insurance carrier 2 months after the start of your first project.

The main flaw here is that they are asking for personal information. I just received this email today after my 10 minute final phone interview and checked on RipoffReport.com. Beware and decide for yourself..

Also, this was a technical interview. The only technical question asked was how I would write a SQL query.
