 These people took $1000 from me on 10/30 after they called my job threatening they were from the State of New Jersey and we're coming with a summons to my place of employment with criminal and civil charges. Scared the crap out of my boss and I so I paid it. This was Hemingway and Associates out of "Boca Raton, FL". Probably at a closet in Alabama by the accent of "Processor Paula Grimes". A year ago, a Frank Stone C & M Associates threatened me with the same things only different about. Both of them said it was an old HSBC account taken out in 2012 and again in 2009. Last year I closed my bank account after realizing that it was fraudulent. This time when "Paula" called me, it scared me so much I gave the money. This past weekend, I spoke with a "Justin Gates" fr C&M Associates. I told him that the account number they had on file of #5120-2550-7275-0171 was the same number that Hemingway gave me. 3 years ago, a Kimberly Morris got to my mother and I and said it was an account from HSBC and that was about the same about or a little larger.... #5120 as well. Phone # 855 213 0318. Amount was for $1,250.69 which was paid by my mother because I didn't have the funds! This group apparently was Aisenberg and Associates. They did not have a location.
