Hemingway group Hemingway and associates Deceptive fraudulent collection Florida

 Was contacted by private number..left a visual message stating it was a process server in clark county..trying to serve me a summons for me..I had to show up to clark county court. I called number left 18557648780 to see what charges are...it said I reached Hemingway Associate...left my name and number...I got a call at 6:14am lasted 10 minutes 24 seconds. The gentleman .ask my name I told him ..as for it again couple times more..then ask for my social.. I said I will give you last 4 digits..he said needed it to look me up on data.. he had a couple people with my first name. He repeated my name ..yet he misspelled my last name.. I corrected him..he found the data.. told me my name and social ..told me this is a law office I was being sued by them for a Hsbc. Account..the charges in court on grand theft due to the amount $1554..fraud a bank and something else. He stated it was a law firm.. I needed to pay them..they was attempting to serve a summons three weeks ago. I explain to them I already paid the debt..in the documents I have it says I owe nothing to Hsbc and discovery bank..I paid my debts to the collection already..Jason Lugo proceeds to tell me that Hsbc directly hired them to get the payment...that I paid scammers..fake collection agency.. I offer to send them the proof..I told them I have digital copies on my computer.. statements of paid in full.. Jason Lugo explain I could ask my bank to refund my money for the fraudulent transactions since I got scammed..most likely if I was under 90 days..most banks would do it.. he proceeded to ask me to pay them ... I kept calm ask him his name..he gave it to me.. The company information...Hemingway Associates 5550 Glades Boca Raton Florida 33431 I ask for the attorney name...Was told didn't have one due to not being served the summons I ask for the charge off date of account..May 31 2009 I ask for the account file number they gave it to me.. Was told the hsbc bank directly hired them for this account.. It's been six years and 6 months since charge off.. I paid off my debts to Hsbc bank got .statements...
