I purchased a new chevy camaro from Henderson Chevrolet Buick GMC. Not only do I think that they sold me a car that had been used by someone else and financing fell through. They inflated the price, yo yo'd me in my contract, failed to set out clear guidelines of the fiancing according to TILA with a spot delivery form, they then tell me they will not cash a check until I recieive refunds from my previous service contracts and cash the check regardless. Fiance officer bullied me by saying "If you tell any one that we had you write two seperate checks we will come after you personally" Now they are threatening to prosecute me for writing a "cold check" when if fact they knew the money was not in the account when they cashed the check. Crooked under handed people work here. Avoid them at all cost.
