Heniff Transportation Systems Does not honor Lease agreements or contracts Alsip Illinois Nationwide

  I am a Lease Operator With Heniff Transportation. I have been here since October 2012. While there are some things that could be better, Heniff spells out their Compensation Package to you in Black and White in a Legal Contract: 65% Without a Pump Or Compressor 67% With just a Compressor 68% WITH BOTH A COMPRESSOR AND PUMP 100% FUEL SURCHARGE PAID Most Tolls Paid On Load Demurrage Pay $35.00 Hr after 2 Hrs ( Few Exceptions Might be 3 Hrs ) Escrow is $2500.00 ( NOT $4000.00 BOLD FACE LIE) There is no Forced Dispatch. But, if you agree to take a load, they require you to take it. They are a very Safety Conscientious Company and if it's not safe to drive, you aren't required to drive. It is up to the Driver's Discretion, Period! They do Inspect your Truck every 90 Days. I do also feel they do more stringent Inspections on Owner Operator or Lease Purchased Trucks than their own. However, they don't send their own Trucks down the road if they're not D.O.T. worthy. As far as his relationship with Bubba or his terminal, I can't comment on that. I have never had these issues. So, in closing, I would just like to say, this Driver has no credibility because every Lease Operator gets the same Contract. As I said, I have been there since October 2012 and have not or ever seen these issues this Driver described. I have no benefit or Receiving any thing from Heniff to set this record straight. For the record, Heniff doesn't even know I'm posting this rebuttal. I just want the Truth to be heard!
