I completed several hours of filming and editing of various events around Hollywood, California, for Mr. Morales and his "company" eWorldMedia.  I was originally told that O would be paid after the eWorld Music Awards, which were held January 27, 2010.  I had worked with Henning for about 6 months prior to this, so I had no reason to doubt him.  As such we made an oral agreement, in the presence of several people, who witnessed this exchange.  I put in many long and unusual hours working to complete the footage for presentation at the Awards show.  I completed them all and delivered them with plenty of time to spare.



At that time, Henning told me, "soon pal", in regards to when I would receive payment.  I have heard the same thing for seven months.  At this time, Henning Morales has refused to pay me his bill, which is in excess of $16,000 US dollars, for over seven months.  He has acknowledged that he owes me, yet refuses to pay me.  This is an established pattern of Mr. Morales' behavior.  I am in contact with several other individuals whom Mr. Morales has cheated, by not paying them for the work they have performed.



Do not trust Henning Morales or eWorld Media.  They are liars and cheats.

There sure are an awful number of "FALSE" reports

Henning claims these reports are false.  There sure are a lot of "FALSE" reports posted on various sites.  Who to believe?  A shyster or a number of people who all have similar stories.  I believe the masses.

Didnt Pay Settlement

Henning and his posse have continued the stall tactics, made false promised of payment, and have continually played the he-said/she-said game while blaming each other within the organization for their inability to pay.  Now they claim they are waiting on a wire transfer that as of July 5th, 2012 was already two weeks late (per their email). Obviously the investor or customer whom was wiring the money got wise to their BS and chose not to do business with these crooks, otherwise it would have arrived. At the moment, Henning Morales, Dr. Michael Brown, and Barbara Lynn are all ignoring all my communications and hoping the problem will just go away.  Unfortunately for them the California Labor Commission is involved and they are currently investigating multiple claims that Henning screwed employees out of their just due.  I have come to the realization that this money will never come in.  But, for all you folks out there who believe the self-promoting BS that Henning and his PR people are putting out there on the internet, I offer this question......If eWorld is "BOOMING in 2012" and "eWorld is so TRUSTWORTHY" then why can he not come up with a single dime to pay his debts or his past employees?  The answer is the company is sick and dying at the hands of Mr. Morales, and no one in their right mind has any desire to get a free download or purchase a private boomerang from this company.  The tech is outdated, the program is cumbersome to all computers and full of viruses, and it offers nother the user couldnt find on any other website with the click of the mouse.  Now lets talk about this company the Xperience.....have you looked through the pictures? The only person who is even remotely a celebrity in any of those photos is Nick Cannon, and he was paid to appear at last month's music awards.  No one worth a d**n goes to these parties, only washed up wannabe hollywood-types that run in the same circles as Henning. Do you really want to hang with a bunch of scammers?

We will continue these posts on a weekly or semi-weekly basis, and I will keep you all updated as new scams, rip-offs, and outright thefts continue during the reign of Henning Morales! 

The economy is bad enough, dont donate your hard earned money to Henning Morales' house payment!

Henning Screwed Me Too!!! - Screw this clown!!

Henning Morales and those other clowns over at eWorld have also owed me money for over two years for work that I completed relating to their advertising.  He failed to make any attempt to pay me, even as I continued to email, phone, text, and skype message him and others in management.  After two years, Henning finally had Barbara Lynn reach out to me from Spain and tried to negotiate a settlement.  In my opinion this proved to be a scam/stall tactic while they tried to bring in outside investment money.  Finally when it came time to finalize our negotiations he was nowhere to be found and all from eworld have cut off communications completely.  I believe they were not able to pay me the $3630 they owed me because they do not have the money, and are relying on outside investment simply to operate.  I came to this conclusion because he has not shown his investors (yes I am a stockholder - who has never been told of anything relating to the company, including voting on reverse splits and so on) any financial statement.  I will continue to warn everybody in and out of Hollywood to stay away from Henning.  I think he is the lowest type of scum out there, and someone who takes advantage of his employees/contractors.  I dont believe this company will be around for much longer which will eliminate his ability to ever pay this off.  Hopefully the lawsuit I am in the process of filing will somehow tie Henning Morales to this bill personally. I encourage everyone who is owed money by this clown to post here and file suit with your local collection attorney.  Normally these lawyers will work for a cut of total take upon completion of the case.

Henning offered me 25 on the dollar

Henning Morales offered me 25 on the dollar for work I did for him over two years ago.  Then, he proceeded to ask me to sign paperwork indicating that MY ACTIONS, i.e.; complaining on this consumer web site, damaged the company.  He's trying to point the finger at me, for the failure of his so-called "company".

I have warned everyone against this man and his cohorts.  Unfortunately, anyone who associates with Henning Morales is damaging their own reputation.  Hollywood is full of scammers.  After my experience with the man, it is my opinion that Henning Morales belongs in a jail cell next to Bernie Madoff.  He has taken in millions of dollars from investors yet has nothing to show for it.

My name is Henning Morales, CEO and co-founder of eWorld Companies, Inc.  I am writing on behalf of the Company and myself personally to respond to information posted on your website.
If the person who posted information about our company will contact our business office at businessoffice@eworldmedia.com, we will immediately look into this matter, get to the bottom of it and settle this issue.  This is our standing policy for handling such matters.
 
I also want to make clear our companys position in regard to consumer protection websites.  We understand that there may be cases where legitimate gripes are aired on these sites in order to apply pressure on wrongdoers to make things right.  However, we also know that all too often the information posted is one-sided, misleading, exaggerated and sometimes downright false.  Such postings are made by individuals who have personal vendettas against a company or individuals and who use these sites in their attempts to smear, slander or extort something that they do not deserve.  Unfortunately these sites often rank high on search engines and therefore even the most outrageous statements are misinterpreted by viewers as credible complaints.
 
One of the major problems is that individuals are not required to verify that they have a valid issue before they post on these sites.  This anonymity gives them license to attack and badger the so-called wrongdoer, who has no means of defense.  When the attacked party attempts to respond to the website company with accurate information, that companys representative typically responds that people are able to post as they wish, citing  freedom of speech and saying that they cannot interfere.
 
Another problem of which many people are unaware is that many of these consumer websites are located offshore and actually make their money accepting direct payments in exchange for taking down these negative (and often false) posts.  Obviously, the more outrageous statements they allow to be posted, the higher their profits.  If the attacked victim refuses to pony up, their only other option is to hire a reputation management company that will counteract these defamatory posts with positive press for a monthly retainer of $5,000 to $10,000.
 
I do not know whether this site engages in such activities or not.  However, we encourage all viewers, before they give any credibility to any postings, to first attempt to contact someone at that sites corporate office and make sure the site is legitimate.  If they have difficulty finding an address, finding someone to talk to, or getting a quick response to their inquiry, then they should take everything posted on that consumer website with a grain of salt and assume that it is bogus until proven otherwise. 
 
Our company policy is very clear.  We believe that negotiating with terrorists never works and we will not support an industry based on such ridiculousness.  Paying bribes or giving in to extortion may work in the short term but around every corner there is another hand out with a dry palm waiting to be greased.
