Henri's Cloud Nine "Bridal Shop" Spent $1750 on dress and accessories. Called to confirm fitting and told don't do fittings. Charged US to ship dress!!! Minerva, Ohio

In June of 2007 my daugther and I came to this store to buy her wedding dress. We ended up spending over $1700 on the dress and accessories. We made our fitting appointment and it ended up being the following year (2008).

We called the day or two before the fitting appointment to confirm it and we were informed that the store didn't do alterations. Meanwhile no one told us when we were there and made our appointment.

Then they preceeded to tell us that they would ship the dress to us in a day or two. It ended up taking almost two weeks to ship the dress and the store charged us for the shipping and handling. Meanwhile it was OUR OWN dress that they were shipping to us and charging us for it.

However we were not informed by phone or even mail that they stopped doing alterations. They told us to contact them after the prom season and when we did they told us that they stopped doing alterations.
