Henri's - Henri's Cloud Nine Lakewood Ohio

I have ordered 5 dresses from Henri's. 4 of the dresses were from one company and the other company. the one dress did not arrive at the store until 3 weeks from the wedding. Not ony that, but two of the dresses were about 3-4 sizes bigger than the girls. I called several times and they did not return my phone calls until a week later.

When I called to complain about the service, I had asked that henri's pay fro the alterations of the dresses, because they were so big. They also stated that they do not do alterations anymore. I had asked them to pay for the alterations wherever they were done at. But since two tow dresses measurements were called in, and we signed the paper confirming, they refused to compromise. The shoes that were orderd for one of the bridesmaids were too small as well and we could not return them for another size. The cost for the alterations for the dresses to be fixed was over $100 each. As of now, 5-21-8 (4 weeks till the wedding), the other dress from the other company has not come in for me to know how badly it will fit.

I highly suggest to not shop there, they will not compromise with the customer on anything. It is not worth the drive or $ to shop there.
