"Holmes Clarke" of Virginia Beach is a financial deadbeat who making his way around the city, attempting to lure unsuspecting business owners into switching credit card processing companies. Don't. What Holems Clarke fails to tell his prospective clients is that he was just in FEDERAL BANKRUPTCY COURT for his inability to manage assets!
Fresh out of Federal Bankruptcy Court, now Holmes Clarke pounding on doors asking business owners to “trust” him with their money?!?!?! Holmes Clarke also fails to mention that switching services will cost you an early termination fee and his "rates" are actually more expensive! Its clear he doesn't know the first thing about the credit card processing industry. Holmes Clarke a deceptive person, desperate for money – take caution!
