Henson Property Dynamics They offer to sell my time share, now they keep asking for money to sell it Denver Colorado

A guy named Joel Montiel  from Henson Property Dynamics offer to sell my time share to a 3rd. Party. After sending me a "contract", which was not clear enough, I payed the process fee, that was $2,970 USD to a Company named Unity Closing Solutions, where a lady called Melanie Flores contacted me and gave me the information for the deposit. After I made the payment which Melanie told me that such payment was for all the fees involved in the process, another guy from Unity called Alex Vizcaya contacted me and told me that I have to pay around $9,500 USD, for a so called "FATCA Tax" which nobody told me about it.

After trying to cancel the operation (since 13,000 USD for selling my time share is just insaine), they keep on threating me that I have a signed contract and that I have to pay the 8% commision for cancelling the contract. I told them that the 8% commision was about $2,300 so they can keep it and give me back the rest. But now a guy named Samuel Lopez from Hanson tells me that first I have to pay the commision, and then they will send me the money back. This individual called to threaten me that I will be send to jail in the US for cancelling the contract. I just want my money back and forget about this liars.
