I was sent advertisement that a company could help with my credit card situations. This person ended up being Attorney Herb Davis. Money was taken out with Global Client Solutions. Then the money was transferred to Attorney Herb Davis Trust. He is the only one that can get the money out of this trust. Well apparently, he has ripped off other clients because there is a large document on the website and the individuals who sued him for their money back.
He has over $7,000.00 of my money. He will not answer his phone, he lied and said he was sending me the money, I still have not received it. I had lost my job and was looking for help to pay off these accounts. He did help with 6 accounts and now I'm down to the last two, I find out he is a fraud and has ripped off other individuals. I am looking for help to get this amount of money back.
