Herbal Remedies.com deceptive accounting practices, deceptive marketing, poor customer service, no delivery of product Internet

Placed my order on 10/29/2012 online.  The product was indicated as "Available".  I was charged the next day on my card.  Have inquired 3 times by email and once by phone as I was lucky enough after days and hours of trying to get someone on the phone.  I was finally told at the end of Nov. the product was on backorder for 6 weeks.

I asked why my card was charged before they had the product in hand to ship.  I was told this was their policy.  Should they be allowed to use my money for an indefinite period of time when I have not received a product or service?

They have not responded to any inquiries since Nov.  Their website and phone message state they will respond to inquires within 1 -2 days.  This is copied from their website "If you have a problem with your order, Contact Us Wizard >>.  Be sure to indicate the type of order problem you are having.  This is the quickest and most efficient method of resolving your problem.  By using this system, we are able to automatically route your request to the right department and to the right person.
