This is more of a warning to anyone that will listen than a complaint. Luckily i did not send Nicholas, Derek or whoever more than $56. It baffles me that these scams go on every day with no justice. Taking the trust of new-agers is one thing, but taking the trust of hipsters just looking to move away from the stigma that has circled marijuana for ages is something of a sin. I would really like it if someone emailed me or posted back that was higher in the social ranks that thinks something can be done about these practices. For, i am just a university student.
HERBAL SMOKE SHACK and GLOBAL LIFE INC. not only stole my money via my credit card... they helped add to increasing public distrust of the internet.
in addition, please refer to similar posts and lets do something. Short of getting a lawyer and flying to new jersey... i havent a clue.

Perhaps the posting was vague, i did not seek a marijuana substitute and find it ineffective, i had 60$ stolen from my credit card because the company operated out of a parking lot somewhere in NJ. More importantly, there are strings of these companies listed under multinational url's and use this ability to trash online interest shopping.

bobbie, (yes, i'm spelling it like the female version) i don't think you haven't (ahahahaha) the reasoning skills to actually understand the post you were replying to. at no point did Jay give any indication that he was under the impression that he had stumbled upon some secret internet weed distribution outfit.

sometimes i see bumper stickers like "the south will rise again," then i see posts from dumbass floridians, and i realize there's no chance in hell of that happening.

Are you crying because they sent you some flower petals instead of pot? Well no duuuuuuh! You didn't seriously think they were running a mail order marijuana store did you? If you did, drop out of school now. You haven't the capacity for reasoning skills.
If they took your money without sending you the flower petals, then say so. At least in this case, you lost money for no reason...unless you still thought you were buying an illegal drug.
