I sent $94.67 to Herbal Smoke Shop (aka) The Herbal Shop on Oct 20th, 2005. My money order was cashed by them on Oct 31st, 2005. It is 7 months later and i am still trying to get my order!

I've called, written, sent copies of the cashed money order proving they deposited my money and even was very nice in the follow up requests for my order. They never called, emailed or shipped anything. What a rotten way to treat a customer.

They cashed my money order on Halloween day, obviously as soon as they got it. If only they would ship your order as fast as they pocket your money.

I'm left with nothing else to do except promise to post 10 posts a day all over the internet until I receive my order.

Heres the letter I sent asking for my order on March 28th 2006.

Dear The Herbal Shop
Head of Customer Service

You cashed my money order on October 31st, 2005 after I rushed my order out to you on October 20th.

Me and a few of my friends all ordered from you, and none of us got anything. That's their problem, but I insist that you actually fill my order.

I'm sure you get lots of orders and its just an oversight.

I paid $94.67. (I won't bore the public with the rest)......

(If Herbal Smoke Shop wants to do the right thing and actually fill the order that I paid for I will stop my posts and complaints, but after 7 months of complaints, what possible excuse do they have to weasel out of this one.)

I have received your email and your fax. This mail order was shipped the day after arrival. It was reshipped when you informed us you did not receive it. After looking at your address, I can see why it was returned as UNDELIVERABLE. I will be reshipping this to you. You have provided a US POSTAL ADDRESS (a PO BOX) and therefore your last shipment (I already sent you 2 shipments) was returned because you supplied a PO BOX address and UPS CANNOT DELIVER to PO BOXES. Please email me direct with a physical address, so that I can ship you a 3rd package for FREE via UPS. Your 2nd package was returned due to the po box being given rather than a real physical address.

If we were secretly ripping people off, we would not be on this website responding to every single post helping customers who had a problem we were unaware of. We did have a problem with the us postal service stealing packages back in the fall, and now ship ups and fedex. I would be happy to replace your 1st shipment free of charge, and ask that you do the following so that we can assist you.

1. Email us and ADD OUR EMAIL ADDRESS TO YOUR "NON SPAM" folder. If you are emailing us and not getting our responses, 99% of the time it is because of a junk or spam filter. My direct email is: globallifeinc@gmail.com

2. FAX US A COPY of the cashed money order that you said we received so that we can prove that your payment was received and the problem was a lost order getting back to you. Our fax # is: 609-404-0609

3. Call us ANY TIME from 9 am to 4pm Eastern time toll free. Our busiest phone hours are in the early morning, so calling after 11am is best if that is convient for you, since you apparently are not receiving our email responses.

We would be more than happy to help you, and hopefully you understand that IF WE DID NOT WANT TO HELP each and EVERY single customer, we would NOT BE RESPONDING to posts on this website.

This website is for complaints only and therefore is filled with complaints.

Please understand that we ship over 30,000 packages a MONTH and have less than 1 in 1000 problem ratio. That being said, we DO SHIP all products and there is a SHIPPING COMPANY involved. Stuff does get lost or stolen 1 in 1000 times, so if it happened to you, JUST CONTACT US!
