We ordered from this company almost 7 weeks ago and have not yet received our product. We ordered this from S. Korea and were promised the delivery time to be no more than 4 weeks.

Well, 5 weeks later and still no product so we started to write the emails. We have received what seems to be automated replys that don't answer the questions that we are asking. They say that they have a 24 hour turn around on replying to emails but that is bs. Also, the number that they give you to call never gets answered. Everytime we call we get the same automated response.

We have also checked with customs in this country and they don't have any package for us. We have asked repeatedly for them to track the package or to resend but we don't get any reply. Wish we would have done our homework on this company first.

I used the email that Ron gave derek@herbal-smoke-shop.com and emailed derek. My money was refunded to me after much effort. It wasn't the outcome that I wanted (still wanting the product I ordered) but it's definitely appreciated. I just suggest that anyone having a problem use that email address and resolve everything that way. Thanks again Derek!!
