Herbalg.com Selling patches and supplements that are supposed to help me lose weight. I used the patches for one month (trial period) and watching what I ate, I didn't lose any weight. 

Then they charged me 69.95 when they said no other charges would be charged to my account. I haven't received any thing in the mail for the 69.95. I am a retired person on a limited budget. I would like to get my 69.95 back!

I received a call in which the person said "I see you are trying to lose weight.  Try our product for 6.95 for a month"  I said only a trial period, I will call you if I want to continue.  I was told that oh no, we will not charge anything else.  I tried it for a month, in which I did not lose weight.  I watched everything I ate trying to cut down on calories, etc.

 On 6/3, I was charged 69.95 from Herbalg.com.  I am a retired person on a limited budget.  I did not ask for more. since it did not work.  i want my 69.95 back!  I have not received anything in the mail to show for that charge.  Would you please tell them to refund me my money and do not charge me any more.
