Herbalife Homebiz Herbalife (with address of company) Grapevine Texas

I interested in working at home and I found this site about home business. They promised easy to follow steps with trainings and I could work at home anytime flexible. It sound like office job (I tried to find the website again but I could not, it sound like homebiz). I paid $9.99 which I thought to started the business. However, I received CD, and booklet plus phone calls. I stated curious that this was MLM business not home job. The business is selling herbalife. I told the coach I am not interested anymore.

I found they took $39.99 from my account without my permission. I closed my account as soon as possible. I contacted the coach, I found out I need to return the cd and book or I got charged. They did not tell me this in the beginning and I asked him for the address to send. Until this time, I did not get my money back although I send the CD and booklet months ago.
If there is anyone who can stop this company ripping off other people please do. This is all information I received:
