I had placed an order with Herballoveshop.com for Jason's Aloe Vera Cream 70% for my Mom. The order was confirmed and payment made. After being notified that the product I ordered was discontinued, they offered to upgrade my order.
After reviewing the ingredients of the upgrade on their website, I accepted the offer.
Upon checking the ingredients of the received upgrade, the advertised formula did not match the ingredients listed on the product.
After many un-answered e-mails, and numerous phone calls, they reluctantly, issued a call tag, took back the product and refunded MOST of my money.
Contrary to their own return guidelines, they thought it a sound business practice to KEEP the money I had spent on freight for a product that was misrepresented in their advertisements.
Indeed, not a lot of money, $8.25..but I refuse to be a victim.
