I ordered a bunch of this guys crappy herbs, where the bulk of his crap, is legal highs is how they word it or alternatives to drugs and cigarettes? Some of his products and the entire plethora of companies (literally speaking) all over the net, but shipping from the same addresses or address (better word), sell what are considered illegal drugs in other countries...

Okay, basically, this guy completely ripped me off for a lot of money, which he claims never happened; he told me outright my bank never charged the amount and ultimately denied their charge on my card! I had a funny feeling about this person, contacted my bank in person, internet and on the phone and they said this guy is not being truthful as I'd been charged outright for product and an order which would never ship, as he fully aware of his actions had stolen my money and did charge my card and I would recieve nothing... Later, I even contacted their parent company, called Www.Herbal-Smoke.Com and they finally (supposedly) said we refunded the order, and they made sure in voicing "boy it took a while to find?" Now when I looked it up on my bank online, they are either lying again or the refund hasn't taken place yet, but I'm extremely suspicious of this company, I've been ripped off by Www.Herbal-Smoke.Com and now Www. HerbalSmokeCafe which is twice considering they are virtually the same entity and outfit!

My reason for being suspicious of the "possible refund, again possible," is because the woman giving the discount when sending the refund link and proof, which was the correct money amount falsely went to Paypal where I never paid at all to begin with? Somebody is either making an honest mistake or, just blatantly trying to rip me off again, or try to say, "hey your money's back in your account; do they think, and are they dumb enough that I won't find out none of my money (refund) has been given back to me? Now this false, completely false Paypal link, where again, I never paid them at all has got me really worried and I also contacted Paypal over it... Anyone, I mean anyone foolish, I'll say it again: FOOLISH to purchase even something inexpensive from this (these companies which are all off the net with different names, but similar set ups) outfit will either be ripped off outright blatantly (a felony offense), lied to, treated rudely, unfairly, recieve uncooperative assistance and be told they are basically idiots and wrong.

I was told by this pompous Keith Kidd at HerbalSmokeCafe.Com: "DEAL WITH YOUR BANK, ITS THEM NOT US!" I literally couldn't believe how rude, I'll say it again, how "RUDE" THIS KEITH KIDD WAS AND IS! I mean, if this is how he treats people and especially customers, I wonder how or what this guy does to make himself so rude, uncooperative and such? I felt literally ripped off, treated like crap (completely), lied to, they unwilling to help me at all, unwilling to verify I had been charged, and they or this Keith Jerk only wanted to believe himself completely, even after this parent company admitted I had been charged and sent me a refund... If this Keith individual continues treating people this way, he will not do well in business relations and overall sales whatsoever at all and will go "bankrupt!" I'm still out a lot of money and don't know if I'll see it again?

I will use arbitration and even seek damages and extra money, due to the trouble, heartache, stress and major problems this guy has made for me and I've already got more than I can handle! I wish all of you (customers/consumers) the best and may you please, "PLEASE" stay away from Www.HerbalSmokeCafe.Com or Www.Herbal-Smoke.Com and whatever herbal smoke site you go to, look for the address and if they are out of the state of Arizona don't buy!!! Absolutely stay away from this rude, ill lacking or completely (better word) company in relation(s) skills... Much Peace & Luck In Your Dealings!
