I ordered the "herbal sampler" from www.herbalsmokeshop.com,(it can be viewed here: http://herbalsmokeshop.com/party-sampler.html I also got the "upgrade" clay pipe) and paid with an E-Check, which should have cleared in 5-7 days, and the package should have been to my house in 2, totaling 9 business days for delivery.

It got to my house 3 weeks later, this, I could forgive, but when I opened it up, I noticed a wooden pipe along with my "smoke." Upon further digging thru the sack, I did find the clay pipe, but the wrong one. I wanted the SMOOTH clay pipe, not the PIRATE clay pipe.

Also, I only recived 5 bags plus one sample bag instead of the 6 bags plus one sample bag that was advertised.

I'm pi**ed.

If you got the wrong pipe, we will be happy to send you the correct one, AND ENABLE you to KEEP the 1st one, FREE. IF you received the pirate pipe, it would have been a 28.00 pipe, where the smooth pipe you ordered was much cheaper, (20.00). Either way, we would be happy to send you another pipe, FREE and enable you to KEEP THE 28.00 PIRATE PIPE FOR FREE, but we do not have any of your info. If you have any questions, comments, problems, or concerns, all you have to do is contact us direct at globallifeinc@gmail.com, or call 9am to 4pm mon-frid- eastern time at 1-866-437-2748. Without your order info, I am unable to assist you.

Contacting us direct is much more efficient than posting here simply because we accidentally upgraded your pipe to something 30% more expensive. Just contact us, and you can keep both, easy enough. We are not out to secretly send people the wrong product, it simply was human error. I am sure you can see my frustration in this post, becuase I would have been able to help you in less than 2 minutes if you contacted me direct.
