I oredered an item on line and received a confirmation for my order. It never arrived.

I sent another e mail requesting my order and received another confirmation with my order number. They had collected the money already. I waited over two weeks and still no order.

I found your e mail and am lodging my complaint. They took my money and did not ship my order.
