I ordered product via a Facebook popup ad (www.skintagsoff.net/dermazen.com). The company charged my credit card immediately for product plus shipping on 11/11/11.

As of this date, Tom Lara (Herbalzen Company) has not fulfilled my order. 2 emails to their customer support and 2 phone calls to their listed number (answering machine) for order status or tracking number have had NO responses.

Everyone should be aware that this is a scam and to not do any business with them.
