Heritage Administration Platinum Contract Promised reimbursement-5/15/09 Lincoln, Nebraska

On May 15, 2009 we had to replace the instrument cluster panel in our 2004 Bounder motorhome, we purchased the Hertiage Platinum Contract thru Dan Gamel RV in Fresno, CA.  We got the authorization # and were told we had to pay $895.43 and Heritage would reimburse us $795.43.  Afte 10 calls and 2 letters with copies of our contract and bill I sent to Lincoln, NE which were returned "Undeliverable", I call to find the owner was in Dublin, OH so I sent letter, copy of contract and the bill and have not gotten a response.  I have called Heritage a total of 26 times, I have been told they are waiting to get the check # so they can release the check to us.  This has been a complete runaround and they are stealing from us.  They are not to be trusted and we need to do more by either hiring attornies and bringing a law suit.  Help us!!!!!!!!!
