HERITAGE BANK OF SCHAUMBURG PAUL PISULA PAUL PISULA UNTRUSTWORTHY AND DISHONEST SCHAUMBURG Illinois

Paul Psula, a banker with the Heritage Bank of Schaumburg, referred my small construction business to remove and replace a 3 story porch on one of his clients properties. We signed a contract to do the work, with the understanding that the bank would deliver payments directly to my company as the work progressed.

Paul reported that his clients were very happy with the work as we were nearing completion. When we asked for our final payment, Paul informed me that he delivered the payment to his clients. He gave no good reason for changing our agreement. I had considered guy a friend, as he often spent holidays together and went to polo matches with him and his wife. He told me to put a lein on the property and that I would recieve my money in October when his clients had to refinance. He said the bank would not refinance with a lein against it.

Shortly before October, I asked  him about my money. He said that it wasn't this October, but next October. That was a lie. But I waited a while longer and when I brought it up again he told me that his bank had changed the terms on his mortgage. He told me that they did not REFINANCE, they jusy CHANGED THE INTEREST RATE AND EXTENDED the dates. I told him that sounded like refinancing to me. 

I still have not received my money from Heritage Bank. As a result of this loss and another at the same time, we had to file bancruptcy and we lost our home in a foreclosure.
