Two years ago his staff misrepresented what my insurance would cover. I then did the extraction and implant. His referral dentist also misquoted the extraction and that cost me an extra $800. When I went in to have the crown seated, I was advised that my insurance wouldn't cover the costs and I would have to pay $1,000 out of pocket for the crown.
Dr Clibon didn't have the professional courtesy to honor the rate for the crown so now I have an implant when I could have saved $2,800 (the cost of the implant) and just had a hole in the back recesses of my mouth.
After 15 years of going here, it's unfortunate that he has started to suck, whereas it was just one staff member.
Also, I requested my dental records be sent to a specific address. He mailed it to a different address -- a major HIPAA and privacy violation . Like I said...he's starting to suck at professionalism.
