On Saturday, 10-4 I received a music box from Heritage house and an invoice for $119.95. I never ordered this item. Tried several times to call company but they never answered.

Found their number on this site and got through on 10-6. Asked them where they got my name and address and was told that they had a record of previous purchase but I have never ordered anything from them before. Mone Lisa (supervisor) said she would send a return mailing label and cancel my account.

I will let you know if this happens. I am worried how they got my information and whether they will follow through with the label.
