No response, no contact, no follow-up, can't reach anyone, they don't reply to you EVER, and they don't work on your site.  All the salesman's promises turned out to be lies.  I did get conversations from them to sell me additional "services", but I declined which fortunately has limited my losses.  It may also have removed any interest they may have had in me to begin with.  Result, money spent, NOTHING done.  It truly astounds me that in America we allow scammers to set up shop on the Internet.  Somehow they manage to stay in business too.  You could not get away with stealing like this on the street, you would go to jail.  I think this web company exists for one purpose only, to take your money and run.  Do not give them your money, do not give them your credit card, do not give them anything.  Aside from your money, they also steal your ability to trust in anything.  Provo Utah must truly be a waystation to hell.
