AUGUST 12/2018 DEPOSIT PAID IN FULL IN GOOD FAITH TO ROSS WINDOWS AND DOORS OF PARRY SOUND ONTARIO.
I WAS TOLD THE DOOR WAS BEING MANUFACTURED AND WOULD BE INSTALLED AT MY HOME AT THE END OF AUGUST OR EARLY SEPTEMBER. (2018)
SEPTEMBER 6TH 2018 I RECIEVE AN EMAIL FROM HERITAGE WINDOWS AND DOORS STATING THEY ARE THE NEW OWNERS AND REFUSE TO HONOUR
MY DOOR PURCHASE AND REFUSE TO REFUND MY SUBSTANTIAL DEPOSIT.
I ENTERED INTO THIS PURCHASE "" IN GOOD FAITH "".
WHEN I WENT TO CONFRONT HERITAGE WINDOWS AND DOORS AT THE SAME LOCATION/ BUILDING , WHERE I PROVIDED MY DEPOSIT I NOTICED THAT
ALL THE SAME EMPLOYEES WHO WORKED FOR ROSS ARE STILL WORKING AT THIS LOCATION UNDER HERITAGE NAME.
** IN MY OPINION, JUST AS YOU ASSUME ALL LEINS AND ENCUMBRANCES WITH AN AUTOMOBILE OR A HOME PURCHASE AND ARE ENCOURAGED TO DO
YOUR DUE DILIGENCE, SO BE THE SAME WITH PURCHASE OF EXISTING BUSINESS WITH EXISTING STRUCTURE HOUSING SAID BUSINESS
EMPLOYING EXACT SAME EMPLOYEES ON PAYROLL !!!!
BE SMART AND PONDER WHAT I HAVE WRITTEN.
DO NOT PATRONIZE HERITAGE WINDOWS AND DOORS
