my sons father had told my 11 year old he had to clean his garage and if he didnt clean it he had to sleep out there on a night that was below 0 it was after 11 pm and on a school night my son was texting me that he was alone cold and sleeping on tool boxes trying to cry himself to sleep i then called the police police came and only made his father bring him in and left so i turned it in to the nys child protective services and went and checked out the home and said there was nothing wrong and child continues to stay thwre after that my sons phone and tablet got smashed so he has no contact with me next day after that i get phone call from school counsler saying my son was scared to go home and it was getting worse at dads and now hes locked in a room all night i went to family court for custody judge did nothing i feel my sons in danger and noone wants to help because my sons grandpa works at the county office building where cps is out of
