Hermann Brothers Enterprises Inc used cheap material, had to lend them equiplment, serious water damage to my home, roting ply wood on roof with mold and fungus Greenacres Florida

We hired Herrmann Brothers Enterprises Inc. on Aug. 22, 2016 to install an overhang and block wall, at a cost of $35,000.00.

The first day they showed up to remove my old screen enclosure I had to lend their employees equipment. The second time they showed up to break up the cement slab, they were unprepared once again. That day was a complete waste as they tried to break away the slab with sledge hammers only to make about three dents in the material. The next day they finally return with a rented tool to cut away part of the slab that needed to be removed. Needless to say, they were unprepared once again, I had to lend them equipment. Once the footer was FINALLY dug they called for an inspection.

The inspector shows up and fails the footer inspection on the spot, since that first inspection... Herrman Brothers Enterprises Inc. has FAILD JUST ABOUT EVERY INSPECTION that they called in from the start of this project.

At one point the inspector actually had to tell them what inspection to call in when they were ready. He actually wrote it on the wall and they STILL got it wrong.

Here are some of the inspections that they failed, keep in mind this is a simple overhang and yet here we are June 8th, 2017 and my yard is still a mess with ply wood as a roof.

Hired them in Aug. 2016, The first inspection wasn't scheduled until 03/24/2017 - Result = FAILED

Second Inspection scheduled for 03/29/2017 - Result = FAILED

Third inspection of the footer scheduled for 04/07/2017, guess third time is the charm. It finally passed. Here we are in APRIL of 2017 and they just got done with the footer.

Fourth Inspection Framing, scheduled for 05/12/2017. After the inspector told them they were not ready for an inspection and that they will fail once again, the inspection was canceled.

Fifth inspection: Beam and Column inspection scheduled for 05/12/2017, W o W, they actually passed an inspection on the first try.

Sixth inspection: Roof sheeting and framing scheduled for 05/26/2017 - Result=FAILED

Seventh inspection: Rough Electric scheduled for 06/05/2017 - Result=FAILD... Water was free flowing out of the electrical boxes from all the rain.

We now have water damage to our family, living and master bathroom walls and ceiling. The ply wood they installed and left improperly covered for over two weeks has been drenched by record setting rain. You can see warping, mold, fungus and laminate seperation of the ply wood.

Since it seems more than likely we will have to sue Herrmann Brothers Enterprises Inc. to get satisfaction, I called in a roofing inspector, my walls are 100% saturated and he recommends replacement of the ply wood, lets see what Herrmann Brothers has to say.

As a former sick 9/11 first responder with breathing (I'm on oxygem) issues, I absolutly cannot have these mold, fungus and mildew growing in the walls of my home.
