Hermitages farmers mobile home company THE INGLIS DEALERSHIP INC HUD SCAMS Elkhart Indiana

My complaint about this company is this in short hud scheme. This company have people sign 4 contracts in one day rent to own,utility agreement,lot agreement and manufactured home retail installment contract. All these contract are signed with a person name Jeff in the community office at 175 precipice rd Camden Sc 29020. The company postdate manufactured home retail installment contract that was sign with Jeff on move in date. Postdated this contract four months later saying that it was sign with Terry oldmam no one in this community know who this person is .

My down payment was 750 dollars down through Hud fair market price but this company still made me go through four months of rent to own and the closing paperwork I paid them 1710 down payment.The main office has a commercial water meter we have to pay individual water bill,sewer and trash administration fees. Homes are definitely not up to par this company leaves financed homes in previous occupants name to avoid taxes in short they act as two different companies when in reality they are one in the same. So that they can monopolize to the fullest extent. Terry r Oldman monopolize land,sewer and RTO also manufactured home installment contract. Kershaw county full market value is only 6,200 not 10,000 dollars on my home. This company add the down pay to the total sales price like it was never paid.I have the paperwork show all of what has been listed in this complaint. A maintenance repair program to fix their own mobile homes and add that onto the total sales price. Making people sign the paperwork saying the community not responsible for fixing the homes. When in fact the homes and land belong to the community and we are not homes owner of these prosperity. Hermitage Farms MHC,The INGLIS DEALSHIP INC IS THE SAME COMPANIES. Monopolize scams
