Herolocity Robert Nikic lied, cheated, and took my money Tampa Florida

Herolocity promised big from day one and never delivered.  I chose them because of their vision and how established they were in the market, despite being unable to find any good reviews from real customers that were anything other than vague descriptions of how great they were.  Their job was to create my website and run my social media marketing and re-marketing for my online business. 

Almost immediately, I was having problems contacting them and despite promises to the contrary, they could never take my calls or respond to my e-mails.  Eventually, I was given contact with one sales associate in the company who would relay information about my project to me.  John Adamson, the guy directly responsible for developing my website and running my entire project consistently provided misinformation that I was told over the phone.  I was told my website would be ready on a specific Monday in June, after which I followed up with them every day and was told it would be finished within 24 hours as they apologized profusely, and yet it took 4 weeks and they never delivered despite lying and saying it was almost ready even though I would never even actually get what I was promised. 

The website and the platform were never delivered to me, and after about 4 weeks of being led on and ignored and them missing meetings with me consistently, I finally told them I'd had enough and wanted to cancel my contract.  John had scheduled several meetings with me, all of which were confirmed through e-mail and through my contact in the company.  He never showed up for any of the meetings on time, sometimes never showed up at all, and made excuses when I called to tell him he missed his meeting with things like he was making a contract with another client.  I demanded he speak with me at once as per his scheduled meeting, but I was refused this and was told time and time again I had to wait several more minutes, which turned into hours. 

I finally told them I wanted to cancel my contract with them.  As it turns out, I couldn't even do that.  The company provided a money-back guarantee if they did not reach their APIs (performance indicators), but once I expressed my will to cancel, I was told to contact the compliance department via e-mail because they did not accept phone calls.  I e-mailed them several times and have not received any responses after several months, meaning the department either doesn't exist or simply doesn't care about fulfilment or the clients.  I called again and was told, again, that I would receive the cancellation form to end my project within 24 hours, but that was never delivered either, despite my using various modes of contact to tell them.  

To add insult to injury, I discovered what they had been doing with my bank account.  They provided a discount to people who directly connected their bank accounts via ACH (automatic clearing house), apparently because it's harder for customers to file disputes that way, as opposed to a credit card.  At the time that I finally ended my project, I had had 3 payments made from my bank account, one of which was taken the day AFTER I had told them I wanted to stop and get my refund.  I asked my bank about it, and they showed the record, which showed that the payments were taken on different days every month, not even close to the same date of each month, and as I mentioned, one payment was taken after I had told them I wanted to cancel my account, which makes me think they decided to take the payment as a result of me telling them I wanted to cancel because they knew I would have a hard time getting it back.  I finally ordered a stop-pay on my account and have been waiting for them to fulfill their refund policy, but I don't think it will happen because they don't even set up the conditions under which a client may receive a refund, nor do they indicate in any way how long it will take, apparently because they never actually do it, according to other reviews I've seen on the internet amidst a swath of vague, positive reviews, apparently made by some sort of spam bot or employees of the organization.  

Herolocity is a company of crooks and an incompetent bureaucracy that can do nothing to fulfill because it is corrupted to its core by people who don't care or just want to make a quick buck.  How they got this big, I have no idea, but they are not well-known despite the way they are pumped on some review sites and having a huge staff to handle calls that never lead to anything while abysmally failing to deliver anything of value to any of their clients.  The specifics of my campaign included a website as well as a social media posting strategy, which would influence sales on my website, but the posts they made only got a few views at best and never resulted in anything except a bunch of stupid posts that generated nothing.

I cannot be the only one to experience this, so if you've been ripped off by Herolocity, please use this site to reach out to me and we can get justice once and for all against this abomination of a company.  I will never stop fighting to get my money back or at least get justice, so if you sympathize, please reach out and I can provide contact info and links to my website, blog and social media accounts, all of which I will be using to promote my own business and hopefully get justice for victims of Herolocity.  I still have not gotten my refund, and I really don't expect to based on the company's behavior, seeing as they are a bunch of crooks and this is nothing new to them.  At this point, even the one person in the company whom I've been able to contact is no longer responding to calls for some reason, and so I am left high and dry.
