herrera partners this group is only a scam .on oct.-10-2010 I went in to see them for a modif. of my home they made it look so nice they said I would need to give them a deposit of 7500 its bean 2 years and they never glendale, California

octber 1, 2010 I wen't to see this ripoff company which i did'nt know who they were. this so called Herrera Partners were said to help me with my modification process and painted a beautiful picture they said that they would buy my home from the bank and sell it back to me with a low payment, they would find me another home. The process sounded so good i fell for there scam.

Herrera asked me for the deposit of 75,00 and only recieved to calls in which they told me that i would have to go bankrupt, after i had followed there instructions i wen't two years without recieving phone calls and also they ignored my calls. I wen't to look for them at their main office and there was no one to be found they had moved there office some where else. They ran off with all my money is there anybody out there that can help me get my money back. If there is anybody that is planning to recieve help from Herrera Partners please don't fall for the terrible scams that they do.
