These a**holes got to us too. My husband and i are a very young couple with two very young children, i mean our oldest is just about to turn two and my newest one just turned three months and these losers knew that. we are also newlyweds. my husband has good credit and we needed a loan. we got lots of calls but herrington financial was the first to call us so they are the ones that we decided to confide in. little did we know...they are scam artists.
they told us we needed to send them 6 months worth of payments (945 dollars) to get 6000 dollars from them and we wouldn't have to pay again until September. well we couldnt get the whole 945 right away so we asked for a 5500 dollar loan so the the amount to send would go down. A man by the name of Michael Mercer was who we dealt with. He told us that they could only do loans round to the nearest 1000 so went for 5000 dollars. He told us all we had to do was wire the 800 dollars to them.
My husband and I took his whole paycheck so we could get 5000 dollars. He had my husband wire the money to a Janice McGeiger in Ajax, Canada,which by the way now we know is illegal.We should of had our money on Friday already it is now Monday and he wont even answer his phone.I will do whatever it takes to make sure that they go down.

Very sorry this happened to you I to am a victim nbut from a different company name but they are the same people Look on rip off reports type in City lending group you will find a report from a jill in Waterford MI find the way to contact her she has all the information needed for you to file reports.Hope to here from you soon
