Buyer purchases vintage software "AppleCare" that is over 10 years old for iBooks and PowerBooks. I called Apple to verify it was genuine. I ship item out immediately and after waiting over 30 days buyer makes a complaint and request a refund. I deny the refund since it is over 30 days and buyer leaves me negative feedback (it was on eBay). sale was over 30 days and the item in question was opened by buyer. Never once had the buyer sent me a message indicating there was a problem but resorts to filing frivolous claims through PayPal and eBay. This Indonesian scammer has resorted to doing a credit card chargeback and PayPal is currently working to recover my funds. this Jabroni has cost me $80 +$20 chargeback fee
